"Decidedly Local, Aggressively Seasonal" - chef-driven casual bistro cuisine We build our food in layers to accommodate popular dietary restrictions. Most items are vegan first, with dairy added for flavor and a reduced emphasis on animal proteins. Open early in the morning for artisanal coffee drinks, fresh roasted from our partners at 11th Hour Coffee. Lunch features an array of seasonal salads, french-style baguette sandwiches, or gourmet flatbread pizzas baked in our 750°f oven. In the afternoons and evenings, our courtyard patio is the perfect place for a carefully curated selection of wines or locally brewed beers, paired with our house-made nibbles or inspired evening meal options. And don't miss out on Taco Tuesday, with rotating, seasonal options!

Sorry to say that the bahn mi chicken sandwich I ordered was a complete miss. Served on a dry (stale, even) sourdough (!) bagette, with limp vegetables that tasted more of sourkraut that the sweet, spicey flavors I expected. Overall very dry and unpleasant, without a hint of mayonnaise or Sriracha sauce anywhere about the thing. Hopefully, this was just an off day.
